9-13-212. Issuance of notes Guidelines Use for operational expenses.

Notes issued pursuant to the provisions of this part shall be issued in the manner provided by chapter 21, parts 1, 4 and 6 of this title. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, any notes issued pursuant to this part may be used for operational expenses and extend past the current fiscal year.
