9-2-111. Perjury by judge or clerk.

If any clerk or judge of the court of general sessions knowingly omits to charge in such clerk's or judge's account any sum of money for which, by law, such clerk or judge is liable to account, and swear to the statement, knowing it to be incorrect, and produce such false account to the county executive for settlement, such clerk or judge commits perjury.
