CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

TITLE 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

Art. 40.001. NEW TRIAL ON MATERIAL EVIDENCE. A new trial shall

be granted an accused where material evidence favorable to the

accused has been discovered since trial.
