32B-1-201 (Effective 07/01/11). Determining population.
For purposes of determining the number of state stores that the commission may establishor the number of package agencies or retail licenses that the commission may issue, thecommission shall determine population by:
(1) the most recent United States decennial or special census; or
(2) another population determination made by the United States or state governments.
