30-1-35. Persons performing counseling services designated by board -- Exemptionfrom license requirements.
For the purposes of this act the premarital counseling board of each county or combinationof counties may determine those persons who are to perform any services under this act and anyperson so acting shall not be subject to prosecution or other sanctions for his failure to hold anylicense for these services as may be required by the laws of the state of Utah.
