55-12-115. Supplementary agreements.
The compact administrator is authorized and empowered to enter into supplementaryagreements with appropriate officials of other states pursuant to the compact. In the event thatthe supplementary agreement requires or contemplates the use of any institution or facility of thisstate or requires or contemplates the provision of any service by this state, the supplementaryagreement shall have no force or effect until approved by the head of the department or agencyunder whose jurisdiction said institution or facility is operated or whose department or agencywill be charged with the rendering of such service.
