61-2b-39. Registration, licensure, or certification history.
The division may, upon payment of a fee established by the division in accordance withSection 63J-1-504, issue to a person a verified history of:
(1) a person licensed, certified, or registered under this chapter; or
(2) a person previously registered, licensed, or certified under this chapter.
