§ 3089 - Department of mental health
§ 3089. Department of mental health
The department of mental health is created within the agency of human services as the successor to and the continuation of the division of mental health services of the department of health. The department of mental health shall be responsible for the operation of the Vermont state hospital. (Added 2007, No. 15, § 5.)
