§ 3102 - Composition of agency
§ 3102. Composition of agency
An agency is created consisting of the following former departments:
(1) the department of aeronautics;
(2) the department of highways;
(3) the department of motor vehicles;
(4) the department of bus, rail, waterways and motor carrier services. (Added 1975, No. 120, § 1; amended 1977, No. 263 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. April 19, 1978; 1985, No. 76, § 8, eff. May 28, 1985; 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 2(2).)
