§ 458 - Venue
§ 458. Venue
The place of trial in the family court shall be in the county in which one of the parties resides, if one party resides within the state. If no party resides within the state, the place of trial may be in any county. (Added 1989, No. 221 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Oct. 1, 1990.)
