§ 651 - County clerk as clerk of courts
§ 651. County clerk as clerk of courts
Each county clerk shall be clerk of the superior court for the county. The court administrator shall act as clerk of the supreme court as provided in section 8 of this title. (Amended 1967, No. 174, § 3; 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
