§ 275. Fair Haven and Rutland districts

The county of Rutland is divided into two probate districts. The towns of Benson, Castleton, Fair Haven, Hubbardton, Pawlet, Poultney, Sudbury, Wells and West Haven shall be the district of Fair Haven. The towns of Brandon, Chittenden, Clarendon, Danby, Ira, Mendon, Middletown Springs, Mount Holly, Mount Tabor, Pittsfield, Pittsford, Proctor, Rutland town, Sherburne, Shrewsbury, Tinmouth, Wallingford, West Rutland and the city of Rutland shall be the district of Rutland.
