§ 361. Accounting for fees
A judge or the register shall keep a ledger in which shall be entered the fees which have been collected for the transaction of business in that probate court, specifying for what business each fee has been paid. The ledger shall be kept in the probate office, subject to the inspection of the auditor of accounts and others interested in it. (Amended 1977, No. 235 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
