§ 366. Costs to witnesses
When a person is subpoenaed or otherwise ordered to appear before the probate court and be examined, the court in its discretion may tax costs for the person so cited and issue execution therefor. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 9.)
