§ 440 - - Misdemeanors
§ 440. - Misdemeanors
The district court shall have jurisdiction concurrent with that of superior courts, except as otherwise provided, to try and finally determine prosecutions for misdemeanors. (Added 1967, No. 194, § 5, eff. March 1, 1968; amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
