§ 568. Forfeiture of seized property
If, upon hearing, it appears that such liquor or other property was intended for sale, distribution, or use contrary to law it shall be adjudged forfeited and condemned. When liquor or other property is adjudged forfeited and condemned under this section, it shall be turned over to the commissioner of liquor control for the benefit of the state.
