§ 570. Execution for costs
Against any and all persons by the magistrate adjudged liable to pay the costs, in case the costs are not paid, the magistrate, after hearing, shall issue an execution in favor of the state and against the body or bodies of the persons, for the costs; upon which execution shall be certified as follows: "This execution is issued for the costs of the seizure and condemnation of intoxicating liquor kept in violation of law." Persons committed upon the executions shall not be admitted to the liberties of the jail yard. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 19, eff. March 29, 1972.)
