§ 579. Disposition of liquor condemned on appeal
If the appellant fails to enter and prosecute his appeal, or if judgment is against him on appeal, the court in which such appeal is finally decided shall order the liquor to be disposed of as in case of liquor adjudged forfeited and condemned under an order of a district judge.
