§ 227. Wholesale dealer's license

The liquor control board may grant to a wholesale dealer a license to distribute or sell malt and vinous beverages upon application of such wholesale dealer and the payment of the license fee as provided in section 231 of this title and upon satisfying the liquor control board as to his qualifications as a wholesale dealer. In no event shall a wholesale dealer's license permit carrying on business allowed by a retail dealer's first class license or second class license.
