§ 4077 - Industrial policies
§ 4077. Industrial policies
The term "industrial health insurance," as used herein, means health insurance under individual policies for which the premium is payable weekly, and includes any such policy which covers accident only or sickness only. Any insurer authorized to write health insurance in this state shall have power to issue industrial health policies. No policy of industrial health insurance may be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless it has printed thereon the words "industrial policy."
