§ 675. Audits of a small business investment company; report

The Vermont small business investment company shall annually submit to the board an independent financial audit of the company conducted by a certified public accountant at the company's expense in accordance with rules adopted by the board under subsection 673(b) of this title. The company shall also submit an annual report of its activities to the board. The board in its discretion may examine the financial accounts and any other records of the company at any time.
