§ 2221 - Declaration of policy
§ 2221. Declaration of policy
It is hereby declared that to further implement the policy as stated in section 2051 of this chapter the department of forests, parks, and recreation shall carry out a detailed assessment of the forest resource which assessment shall be the basis for program planning and administration. Further, there shall be established a forest resource advisory council. (Added 1977, No. 234 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
