§ 3294 - Liability for refusal to discharge attachment lien
§ 3294. Liability for refusal to discharge attachment lien
When such party or his representative refuses for ten days after being thereto requested to discharge the lien so created, he shall be liable to the party injured for the damages occasioned thereby, to be recovered in an action of tort.
