§ 5701 - Applicability of chapter
§ 5701. Applicability of chapter
Prosecutions under any provision of chapter 29 of Title 23 or any regulation promulgated under that chapter, or any municipal ordinance relating to the operation of snowmobiles shall be prosecuted pursuant to this chapter. Excepted herefrom are prosecutions under subsections 3317(c), (e) and (f), and 3323 of Title 23. (Added 1977, No. 207 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; amended 1983, No. 212 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; 1989, No. 65, § 16.)
