§ 5704. Failure to appear

If a defendant fails to appear or answer a uniform snowmobile/boating complaint or summons served upon him or her and upon which a complaint has been filed, the court shall promptly report the name of the defendant, the date and nature of the offense charged, and all other pertinent facts to the department of motor vehicles.
