§ 509 - Evidence of debt issued by a moneyed corporation
§ 509. Evidence of debt issued by a moneyed corporation
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to an action brought to enforce payment on any bills, notes or other evidences of debt issued by a bank or other moneyed corporation and put into circulation as money.
