§ 2404. Duties of executor or trustee under will or decree

The executor or trustee under such will or decree shall pay over to such trustee or trustees named in section 2402 of this title, the amount to be given or distributed to such beneficiaries under such will or decree and take a receipt for the same, and such trustee or trustees shall pay out and distribute the same according to the provisions of such will or decree.
