§ 2842 - Realty to be taken when personalty exhausted
§ 2842. Realty to be taken when personalty exhausted
The personal estate of the ward shall be first used for the payment of his debts. If the personal estate and the income of his real estate are not sufficient, such expenses and debts shall be paid out of the real estate, when sold, according to law.
