§ 106. Person retaining will may be committed

If, after the death of the testator, a person having the custody of a will neglects without reasonable cause to deliver the same to a probate court where venue lies, after order by the court and failure to deliver it, the court may issue a warrant committing the person to the custody of the commissioner of corrections until compliance is given.
