§ 2949. Reciprocal agreements with other states
The state board of education, with the approval of the attorney general, is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with the boards of education in other states to share in the expense of securing the services of specialists or persons skilled in the education of children with disabilities. (Amended 1995, No. 157 (Adj. Sess.), § 22.)
