§ 3225 - Superintendent's duties
§ 3225. Superintendent's duties
The superintendent shall ascertain whether the provisions of this chapter relating to the raising of money by the town district and the expenditure of the same for the support of the schools under his charge are complied with. In case of noncompliance, he shall notify the board of education.
