§ 1321. Form and contents of register

With the approval of the board of education, the commissioner shall prescribe and procure forms for a school register for keeping a record of the daily attendance of pupils and containing interrogatories for procuring statistical and other information from teachers and school officers. School systems keeping their record of attendance of pupils by machine processes approved by the commissioner are exempt from this prescription. (Amended 1963, No. 13, § 1.)
