§ 1697. Repealed. 2005, No. 214, § 13(d).

§ 1697. Fees

(a) Each applicant and licensee shall be subject to the following fees:

(1) Initial processing of application $40.00

(2) Issuance of initial license $40.00 per year

for the term

of the license

(3) Renewal of license $40.00 per year

for the term

of the renewal

(4) Replacement of license $10.00

(5) [Repealed.]

(6) Peer review process $1,200.00 one-time fee.

(b) Fees collected under this section shall be credited to special funds established and managed pursuant to subchapter 5 of chapter 7 of Title 32, and shall be available to the department to offset the costs of providing those services.
