§ 2180 - First meeting of board
§ 2180. First meeting of board
The governor shall call the first meeting of the board of trustees. At this meeting the permanent location of the corporation and the place of its principal office in the state of Vermont shall be determined by the board. (Added 1961, No. 247, § 1, eff. July 28, 1961.)
