§ 5204 - -Forms; certification
§ 5204. -Forms; certification
The certificate shall be made on forms furnished by the commissioner and shall be recorded by the town clerk in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The town clerk shall forthwith, upon making such record, forward a certified copy thereof to the office of the adjutant general. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff.
