§ 5206. Penalty for failure to furnish death certificate

A physician who fails to furnish a certificate of death within twenty-four hours after the death of a person containing a true statement of the cause of such death, and all the other facts provided for in the form of death certificates, so far as these facts are obtainable, shall be fined not more than $100.00.
