§ 8912. Contracts with nondesignated agencies

The commissioners may enter into agreements with local community mental health and developmental disability agencies or with any public or private agency for the purpose of establishing specialized services which are needed by persons with mental illness or with developmental disabilities or children and adolescents with a severe emotional disturbance and are not available from designated community mental health agencies.
