§ 1853 - Hospital visitation policy; reciprocal beneficiary
§ 1853. Hospital visitation policy; reciprocal beneficiary
A patient's reciprocal beneficiary, as defined in section 1302 of Title 15, shall have the same rights as a spouse with respect to visitation and making health care decisions for the patient. (Added 1999, No. 91 (Adj. Sess.), § 30.)
