§ 18 - Wages
§ 18. Wages
In making up specifications and advertising for bids on highway work, the board shall fix, subject to local conditions, the minimum wage per hour for various classes of labor and the minimum to be paid per hour or per cubic yard for trucks which the contractor shall be bound to pay. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
