§ 824. Uniforms and equipment

The uniforms and equipment of organizations and members of the national guard shall be as prescribed and furnished by the federal government but the commander in chief may permit such modification or addition thereto as he deems for the best interests of the state, consistent with law and federal regulations for the government of the national guard.
