§ 1271 - Pay and rations
§ 1271. Pay and rations
When the state guard or any part thereof shall be ordered out for active duty or for field training, they shall be entitled to the same pay and rations as the national guard on similar duty and shall be paid under such regulations as the governor prescribes.
