§ 1362 -   Unemployment compensation administration fund

§ 1362. Unemployment compensation administration fund

There is hereby created the unemployment compensation administration fund to consist of all moneys received by the state or by the commissioner for the administration of this chapter. This special fund shall be handled through the state treasurer as other state moneys are handled, but it shall be expended solely for the purposes and in the amounts found necessary by the secretary of labor for the proper and efficient administration of such chapter and its balance shall not lapse at any time but shall remain continuously available to the commissioner for expenditures consistent herewith. All federal moneys allotted or apportioned to the state by the secretary of labor, or other agency, for the administration of this chapter shall be paid into the unemployment compensation administration fund and are hereby appropriated to such fund.
