§ 1460 - Extended benefits program eligibility
§ 1460. Extended benefits program eligibility
An individual who has received all of the unemployment compensation or combined unemployment compensation and STC benefits available in a benefit year shall be considered an "exhaustee" as defined under the provisions, subdivision 1421(2) of this title. (Added 1985, No. 140 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
