§ 435. Examination and report

When so ordered by the commissioner of education, the superintendent of schools for the school district where the child under 16 resides shall examine the child for the purpose of determining the child's eligibility for employment in accordance with the provisions of sections 432 and 433 of this title and shall, upon the completion of the examination, make a written report to the commissioner of education who shall transmit a copy of the report to the commissioner.
