§ 700 - -Examination of policy
§ 700. -Examination of policy
At the request of a holder of a policy of workers' compensation insurance, the commissioner of banking, insurance, securities, and health care administration shall examine the policy to determine whether the proper assignment has been made as to classification, rates and advance premium charged.
