§ 1403. -Expiration or revocation

Blanket permits shall expire at the same time as the vehicle's registration but may be revoked for cause by the motor vehicle commissioner with or without hearing. (Amended 1969, No. 212 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. March 25, 1970; 1987, No. 95, § 1, eff. June 23, 1987; 2003, No. 109 (Adj. Sess.), § 11.)
