§ 1748 - Collection record
§ 1748. Collection record
The court shall retain all such signed statements for a period of two years from the date thereof and shall keep a record, available to the public at any reasonable time, of all money collected and all other official acts done in connection therewith. (1961, No. 103, § 8.)
