§ 4117. Suspensions and disqualifications to run concurrently
A suspension of a person's operating privilege or license and a disqualification imposed under section 4116 of this title, imposed for the same violation, shall run concurrently. (Added 1991, No. 88, § 15, eff. April 1, 1992.)
