§ 1312 -   Sufficient description

§ 5-1312. Sufficient description

Whenever a description of lands or buildings is required in making assessments, or in the recording thereof, reference to the deed of conveyance to the last record owner thereof, giving the date of the same and the volume and page of the land records where the same is recorded, or the street upon which the same is situated and the number, shall be a sufficient description.
