§ 5-1317. Citation served on persons having other interests

If at any stage of the proceedings for the taking of land or other property for public purposes, or for the making of assessments thereon by the city council, or at any proceedings subsequent thereto, it shall appear that any person owning or having other interest of record in such land or other property shall not have been duly notified, the city council shall cause a citation to be issued and served on such person as above provided for persons originally cited. The city council shall further cause such proceedings to be postponed to such time as will permit such citation so issued to be served as provided in this subchapter.
